1. Overview
Ayeza Craft sells handcrafted and often custom brass décor. We strive for quality and accurate product descriptions. Because products are handcrafted, some variations are normal. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
2. Eligibility for returns
- Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including custom engravings, sizes, or finishes) are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for defects or mistakes on our part.
- Items damaged in transit: you must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged product.
3. How to request a return or report a problem
- Email returns@ayezacraft.com (or info@ayezacraft.com) within the return window with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged).
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
4. Return shipping & costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Items must be securely packaged.
- For defective/damaged items or wrong items sent by us, Ayeza Craft will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
5. Refunds & exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.
- For exchanges, if available, we will ship the replacement after receiving the returned item and the replacement will be subject to stock availability.
6. Partial refunds & restocking
Partial refunds may be granted for items with minor damage not reported earlier, missing parts, or if the item is not returned in original condition. A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to our error.
7. Non-returnable items
- Custom/personalized products (unless faulty)
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
8. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [info@ayezacraft.com]. We will arrange inspection, a full refund, or replacement at our cost.
9. Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Once an item has been dispatched, it must be returned once received and handled per our Returns Policy (return shipping charges may apply unless the cancellation was our error).
